QUESTIONS ABOUT FORKS
Q. Should I pick threaded or threadless?
A. The reason riders started using threadless forks was because the threads make the steerer tube wall thinner and they tended to break. Inward forks are available with thick steerer tube walls that will not break. Riders now choose threadless because there is a large selection of strong and smooth headsets available. Please be aware that if you choose threadless, you need a more expensive threadless headset ($25 to over $100), plus you need a compression set ($12 to $65). Installation is also more complicated (See how to questions to the right on this page).
Q. Why would I pick zero offset?
A. On the forks page, you can see that with Zero Offset, your wheel is directly under the steering column. That means it is easier to do barspins and nosies.
Q. How long does it take to get my custom fork?
A. Each fork is custom made. We usually produce and ship a raw fork within 2 business days after payment. Depending on the color, powdercoating may add at least a week to complete. Then they ship in 2-3 days with priority mail. Believe us, it is worth the wait!!
Q. Can you make forks for wheels larger than 110mm?
A. Yes, we can, it is an option on the extreme and zero offset fork.
Q. How much does the fork weigh?
A. This depends on the kind of fork. The Zero offset with standard wall weighs 15.5 ounces. The 10mm offset fork with gussets and a 0.120 wall weighs 20 ounces. For comparison purposes, a stock Razor pro model fork weighs 12.5 ounces. A threadless SR (without gussets) weighs 17.5 ounces. A FrenchID weighs 10 ounces.
Q . What are the forks made of?
A. Forks are made of steel. The Extreme fork is TIG welded. The FrenchID is made of aluminum.
Q. Do smaller wheels like 100mm fit in your fork?
A. Yes, 110mm and smaller will fit in any of our forks.
Q. Do the forks fit on the Razor Pro Model and other Razor models?
A. Yes, all forks fit the Razor pro Model. They will fit other scooters too. Just make sure the steerer tube has an outside diameter of 1 1/8 inch!
QUESTIONS ABOUT BARS
Q. How much do the bars weigh?

Q. Are your bars threaded?
A. No, the bars have no threads on the inside. Most aftermarket bars do not have threads. Even the newer stock Razor bars are no longer threaded. All you do is clamp them on and you are fine.
Q. How do I measure the height of the bar?
A. The best way is to use a stock Razor bar and adjust the height to where it feels most comfortable to you. Then measure from the bottom of the steering tube (down where the clamp is, to the center of the handlebars and round up or down to the nearest half or whole inch.
